Applying for Tenancy at Residences on 6th
Currently our housing facility, Residences on 6th is at full capacity, but we encourage you to complete your application and ensure you stay active on our waitlist so when a suitable suite becomes available, our Property Manager can contact you.
Housing Application Process
The Peachland Seniors' Support Society in partnership with BC Housing operates Residences on 6th, a 74 unit housing complex in Peachland BC. Units in Residences on 6th are offered on various income thresholds which are set out and defined by "Low and Moderate Income Limits" by BC Housing annually:

For residential units with less than two (2) bedrooms, a gross household income that does not exceed the median income for couples without children in BC, as determined by BC Housing from time to time. For 2024, this figure is $84,780 (compared to $82,310 last year).

For residential units with two (2) or more bedrooms, a gross household income that does not exceed the median income for families with children in BC, as determined by BC Housing from time to time. For 2023, this figure is $134,140 (compared to $128,810 last year).
Once your application has been received it will be evaluated and the Property Manager will be in contact when a suitable unit is available. Please remember, it is the applicants responsibility to ensure your application is kept current.

1. Complete your application in full. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
